I know, I know - finances can be terrifying, but they don’t have to be. Just as svadhyaya, self-study, learning more about yourself is essential for self realization, so it applies here. Instead of swimming in shame, guilt, and avoidance - how can we release fear, create space and get curious? Curious about our relationship with money, security, scarcity, as well as how we got here as a country and a planet. Our obsession with currency and capitalism, but at what cost? Whether the root causes stem from this or other lifetimes, it’s not too late to change the pattern.

Abundance is a mindset and a lifestyle. It takes focus and intention, as well as equal parts action and letting go. That cheesy “attitude of gratitude” thing, well it’s true. Daily rituals and self care practices are key! If you keep seeing yourself as separate from, less than, lacking xyz - there will always be distance between you and that which you desire. Rather, if you visualize yourself as that, know yourself as that, feel yourself as that, act as if you are already breathing, singing, laughing, dancing, with that until you are that, you will become that. Trust me, I used to be a Doubting Thomas, totally skeptical about my manifestation abilities and the truth or power of this. It seems so simple, and it is. So, why don’t you just try it?
